Copy the Pros

You know the best way to lose weight and stay fit? It’s copying what others have done. There are many diets out there, but do all of them work? Not quite.

One thing is sure though, the fitness pros have done it and they have their own diets and workouts that they not necessarily teach their students. You have to do what they do, not what they teach.

That’s why I find Fitter Than the Pros interesting. It contains 11 interviews where the pros lay down all their secrets, what they do, what they eat, how they workout. It’s an invaluable information because unlike what they teach, you know that what they actually do works.
